Over 60 years of experience in foundry

We started working with foundry in Tampere in 1944, and since 1970 we have been working under the name Johnson Metall. Though our company started out small, we have grown to be a leading expert in our field and have managed to dramatically develop the production technique of bearings.

The Finnish branch of the corporation has a turnover of about 20m. €. In 1970 almost 95% of the turnover came from foundry, and now the engineering shop has over an 80% share of the combined turnover.

Johnson Metall also operates in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The Finnish production plant in Pirkkala employs over 90 professionals.
