Every single bronze slab produced by Johnson Metall perfectly fulfills the quality requirements set for the material. For this reason, slabs produced by Johnson Metall can handle hard use for longer with minimum wear.

The raw material is melted in an oil or electricity furnace. We machine all, from small rings of 20 mm to big 1300 mm sealing rings. All other sizes are produced separately according to agreement. We are able to manufacture everything from individual items to series of thousands. The items can be granulated, lathed, milled and drilled both manually and on automatic machines in whichever way needed.
